Laboklav 25
The Laboklav 25 is designed for easy operation and handling. After loading, the chamber door is gently pressed and automatically locked. An integrated tank with level sensors serves as a reservoir for feed water and a collection point for condensate, both of which can be drained separately. In all liquid programs, the temperature is monitored directly in the medium by a standard flexible reference sensor PT100; this prevents the chamber from opening if the medium temperature is too high (thermal barrier according to IEC 61010).

The Laboklav Eco 80 and 135 are always configured as floor-standing units. A standard flexible media sensor monitors the temperature directly in the medium in all liquid programs and prevents the opening of the chamber door if the medium temperature is too high (thermal barrier according to IEC 61010). To reduce cycle times in liquid sterilization, the unit can be equipped with an air cooling system

Laboklav 55-195
The Laboklav 55-195 offers you flexible and individual installation and equipment options. The chamber can be easily opened and closed using a motor. A standard flexible reference sensor PT100 monitors the medium temperature in liquids, ensuring a safe process (thermal barrier according to IEC 61010). The evaporative condensation for the protection of disposal lines is also integrated as standard.

The sterilization of large liquid containers always involves very long cycle times. Due to the volume and specific thermal properties of the liquids, the sterilization of large liquid containers typically requires long cycle times. This is because the sterilization temperature must be evenly reached throughout the entire container and maintained for a sufficient period to ensure the complete destruction of all microorganisms. Factors such as the thermal conductivity of the material, the heat capacity of the liquid, and the evaporation properties play a crucial role. Additionally, aspects like the homogeneity of the liquid and potential barrier effects from the container material must also be considered, which can further prolong the sterilization process.

Laboklav ECO Wastewater
Specifically designed for this application, the Laboklav ECO Wastewater can sterilize up to 100 liters of liquid media directly in the chamber within approximately 4 hours.
After filling with only liquid media, the chamber lid is automatically closed. The liquid is heated to the sterilization temperature and maintained for a defined period. Once the sterilization phase is complete, the chamber is automatically emptied using compressed air. The disposal lines are protected from excessive temperatures by a temperature-dependent mixing of tap water.
All autoclaves in the Laboklav ECO Wastewater series come standard with an integrated needle printer, exhaust filtration, and are colored red as a symbol of destruction sterilization.
