To strengthen our service team, we are looking for a
Service Technician (m/w/d)
for our sterilization devices in Hessen.
Your tasks:
- Setup, commissioning, and training of the devices on-site at the customer's location
- Performing maintenance and repairs
- Acting as a point of contact for customers regarding issues and inquiries
- Advising customers on new purchases or equipment replacements
- Testing sterilization devices in accordance with the BetrSichV (German Operational Safety Regulation)
- Conducting validations/qualifications/calibrations (IQ/OQ/PQ)
- Creating documentation (protocols, reports, etc.)
- Serving as the direct contact person for the customer
- Conducting electrical tests according to DGUV V3 (German Social Accident Insurance Regulation)
- Optimizing or adjusting devices to meet specific customer requirements
Your profile:
- Sie haben eine Ausbildung zum Mechatroniker, Elektriker, Elektroniker o.ä.
- Sie verfügen optimaler Weise bereits über Erfahrungen im Außendienst
- Sie besitzen einen Führerschein der Klasse B bzw. 3
- Sie haben gute allgemeine PC-Kenntnisse (Microsoft Office)
- Sie sind fähig, sowohl selbständig als auch im Team zu arbeiten
- Sie verfügen über Reisebereitschaft
- Sie trauen sich diese Aufgaben nicht zu, sprechen sie mit uns
