Your responsibilities:
- Processing requests and orders from national customers and dealers
- Telephone and written communication with customers and dealers
- Organization of shipping
- Monitoring deadlines and checking order status
- Invoicing and invoice control
- Documenting order volume
- Procuring order-related items (external orders)
Your profile:
- Commercial training
- Knowledge of common Office applications
- Structured, independent, and conscientious way of working
- Confident German language skills
- Strong communication skills, customer focus, and ability to work in a team
