Your tasks will be varied:

• Supporting and maintaining the customer base and acquiring new customers
• Acting as a contact person for customers' technical problems
• Maintenance and service work on water treatment systems

• Performing microbiological and chemical water analysis

• Creating service reports, checklists, and protocols

• Working closely with the office staff and sales consultants

• have completed technical training (e.g., mechatronics, industrial engineering, electrical engineering, building services engineering) or have a comparable qualification

• have technical understanding and manual skills

• are resilient, reliable, and service-oriented

• have a class B driver's license
• embody confidence, strong communication skills, and team spirit
• have experience in water management, heating, air conditioning, or sanitation (not essential)
